How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in on the website, go to Settings, and click "Cancel subscription". You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, go to Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription.

I subscribed on the web. Does my Pro access work in the iOS app?

Yes. Sign in to the iOS app with the same email and your Pro features will be available immediately on every device.

Why can't I subscribe inside the iOS app?

Pilot Recall is a reader app. Subscriptions are managed outside the app. If you already have a subscription, sign in to the iOS app with the same email to access Pro features.

I think I found a mistake in a flashcard or quiz question.

You can flag any flashcard or quiz question directly inside the app. Tap "Flag error" below the card and tell us what's wrong. Our team reviews every report.

I want more content on a specific topic.

Inside the app, tap "Request more on this topic" below any flashcard. We prioritise content based on student requests.

How is content kept up to date?

All content is reviewed against the current CASA syllabus. Pilot Recall is a study aid only. Always verify with official CASA publications and your flight instructor before exams or operational decisions.

What devices does Pilot Recall work on?

Any modern web browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. We also have a native iOS app available on the App Store. An Android app is in development.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Head to our support page and submit a request describing the issue. Include as much detail as possible. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
